Animal Shelter Charitable Collection & Visit4/3/2016
In February, the sixth grade of the Polish School in BISC and Mrs. Magda Mrozowska organised a charity collection for the Hera animal shelter in Wrocław. Together, the whole school (students, parents and teachers) collected:
I really liked the trip to the animal shelter. When we arrived I was sad but when we saw the animal shelter inside it was nice. I was happy going to the shelter with my friends. It was a super exciting trip. When we left the animals it was sad but there were some dogs that we could play with. IT WAS GORGEOUS!!!!!!!
I am happy that they take care of the animals. When we left the animal shelter I was so happy that we helped them. It was really fun to visit and help cats, dogs, rabbits and rats. I LOVED that we helped the animals.

Today we went to the Wrocław shelter, Hera. It was very interesting. We got to tour around the area. The cats and dogs were very cute, but I felt sorry for them because they have to spend lots of time in the cages outside, and it's cold there. I want all the best for them. I really liked this trip and i hope all the animals get a good Home and owner in the future.Nadia Mitek Y8
We drove to our destination in a taxi and we got there in about twenty minutes. We gave the people in the shelter our goods and took some pictures. After we went to look at all the animals. I was happy to notice that there were less animals than two years ago! Fortunately there are very kind people taking care of everything! I loved seeing some dogs which got to run around freely. I could see they were happy! I enjoyed helping the pets I hope we can do the action again next year!

Animal Shelter Charitable Collection & Visit4/3/2016

- dry food : 26 kg for dogs and 3.2 kg for cats
- wet food: 3.2 kg for dogs and 2.5 kg for cats
- 5 treats 5 bowls, 5 leads, 7 toys and 17 blankets and towels
- 233 zł
