Dear parents,
Our carnival day will be held on Friday 5th February and we have some special activities planned! We have arts and crafts, carnival games, Zumba, a disco and of course the children can wear fancy dress costumes. The best dressed children will win prizes! Children should come to school wearing their costumes, but they will be doing Zumba and playing outside during the day so please think carefully when choosing an appropriate costume. All children must bring their gym shoes for Zumba, children who don’t have proper sports shoes will not be able to take part and will sit and watch. Years 1, 2 and foundation will be walking to Dębowa for Zumba at 8.30 so please be at school on time. Please leave lunches in the classroom in the morning and not in the dining room and if possible, send lunches that do not need heating up. If you have any questions about carnival feel free to contact me on alove@bisc.wroclaw.pl. We look forward to having lots of fun and seeing all the fantastic costumes. Kind regards The BISC staff ![]()

On Monday the 11th of January, Primary and Secondary students attending the Ski Camp in Janske Lazne, Czech Republic need to be at school at 07:30, as the group will be leaving at 08:00. Updates during the trip will be posted to this page, so check back to find out what's been happening on Ski Camp. Camp Update - 12th of JanuaryThe children were very excited to be travelling to Janskie Lazne, our ski resort destination and chatted most of the journey. As we got closer to Czech Republic more and more snow blanketed the hillside, which was a good sign. We arrived to the hotel in great time and were able to sort out all of the ski boots, skies and helmets just in time for a delicious dinner. The second day in Janskie Lazne was ski day! The whole group made it to the top of Cerna Hora, the tallest mountain in our resort. There at the top children were split into small groups depending on their experience of skiing. The weather was pretty harsh as it was snowing all day. However, the kids did extremely well skiing in those conditions. Camp Update - 13th of JanuaryCamp Update - 14th of January![]()
